Come fill your sketchbook! Artists of every caliber are welcome to join any and all sessions. Come to practice, refine your skills, or just to relieve stress, hangout, and draw! A classically trained artist with a passion for still life, comics and manga, studio drawing, and murals, George Smith knows drawing! During each two-hour session, George facilitates a series of warm-ups, timed drawings, and 'set' changes. George draws along with participants, answers questions, and offers instruction when prompted. Time for sharing included. Artists bring and use their own sketchbooks, pads, loose papers, and dry mediums. Supplies are provided for creative experimentation, such as markers, charcoal, and soft pastel. Dry mediums only. Cost per session $5. Cash only, collected upon arrival. Sign-in sheet provided. No registration or previous experience necessary.
